GDRP Privacy Policy 

Welcome to Logix Recruitment’s Privacy Policy. Within this policy we will explain how we use your data, why we use your data and how we store your data. We are invested to comply with our legal obligations for you. 

Our Privacy Policy applies to candidates, clients, vacancy contacts, suppliers and anyone who contacts Logix Recruitment by any means. 

Please note, we may change or amend this privacy policy from time to time according the GDPR Regulations and Law. 

1/ Reasons we would collect and / store or use your data as a candidate; 

1. You have applied for one of our vacancies either online, through our website, via emailing us or by calling us. 

2. We have sourced your data by searching job boards to supply you with details of a vacancy you could be interested in. 

3. You have been referred to us by a colleague or friend, to establish whether you are looking for employment and if we can help you with this. 

2/ Reasons we would store your data as a client; 

4. You have contacted us and are using our recruitment service to fill a vacancy 

5. We have previously provided you with a service to fill a vacancy 

6. We have seen you are currently recruiting, and we are contacting you to see if you would be interested in using our services. 

You are giving us your consent to keep and store your data if you do not email us confirming you would like to be removed (opted out) from our database. You can do this via emailing info@logixrecruitment.co.uk or Katie@logixrecruitment.co.uk 

We store all our personal data information on a secure password protected CRM system, which only members of staff at Logix Recruitment have access to. 

At no time would your personal information or data be shared with any other person or organisation without your prior consent. 

If you have given us permission to keep your personal data stored within our CRM system, we will do so for a period of 12 months. After this period, we will try to contact you again to ask if you are still happy for us to store your information. If you decide you no longer want us to keep this information, it will be immediately deleted from our CRM. 

Your information is YOURS and we are only allowed it with your permission. 

If you would like to see what data we hold on file for you, you can do so by emailing info@logixrecruitment.co.uk and we will ensure you receive this information within 7 working days.
